Bio
Coach Roman joined IND in 2007 as the Varsity and Novice Crew Head Coach. She was the coxswain at UMBC from 2003-2007.
Since 2004, she has coxed for the Annapolis Rowing Club (ARC). With ARC, she competed in the FISA World Rowing Masters Regatta in 2006,
and the USRowing Masters National Championship Regatta where she won gold, silver, and bronze medals. She has won several other
races with ARC from 2006 through 2007 such as the Head of the Schuykill in 2006 and the Stonewall Regatta in 2007. She also
coxed the Baltimore Rowing Club's (BRC) Juniors in the summer of 2004 and the BRC Masters in the summer of 2006.
