Bio
Galloway, a 2001 graduate of IND, played 3 varsity sports (Softball, Volleyball, Basketball) during her high school career.
She won numerous awards, including 3 times Softball MVP (1999, 2000, 2001), 1st Team All Baltimore City/County (2000, 2001), 2nd Team
All Baltimore City/County (1999), Baltimore Sun Player of the Week (2000), Toyota/Fox45 Prep Profile 1999, and MD Private Schools'
Senior All Star 2001.
After graduation, Sarah played for two years for CCBC-Catonsville leading them to 2 Region XX NJCAA Championships. Catonsville
went to the NJCAA World Series, both seasons placing in the top 10. She was named MDJUCO 1st Team All Conference in 2002 and 2003.
After earning her AA degree in Teacher Education, Galloway was recruited to play at The Catholic University of America in 2004 and
2005. For her accomplishments during the 2004 season, she was named CAC Softball Athlete of the Week, CAC All Conference 1st Team,
CUA Softball Most Valuable Player, and led the CAC in Homeruns (9).
Sarah now works for Nationwide Better Health as a Maternity Care Coordinator.
