Bio
Coach Lauren Cunningham returned to her Alma Mater in 2005 and teaches Physical Education and Health.
While at IND, Lauren was a standout on the soccer field, finishing with 1st Team All Metro, All Baltimore City/County, and
All IAAM honors as a senior. She also was named 1st Team All IAAM as a lacrosse player as a senior as well.
After graduating from IND, Coach Cunningham went on to UMBC on a soccer scholarship, and then moved on to play at
Francis Marion University in South Carolina. She was a member of the US Futbal Team from 2002-2004, and played
for the state finalist Parkville Pumas. She has worked as an Administrative Assistant for the NeuroTrauma Registry.
Lauren's sister Melanie is a 2004 graduate of IND.
